The Managing Director of the Company holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Industrial and Marketing Management. Additionally, he is a certified facilitator for Quality & Cost Improvement projects from Qimpro College, Mumbai. With over 30 years of experience in Corporate Management and a strong background in implementing Total Quality Management systems and Value Engineering in various business fields. He is responsible for overall management of the Company.
The Non-Executive Director of the Company holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, as well as a degree in Electronics & Communication. He has over 22 years of experience in Large-Scale Electrical and Weapon System Architecture Design, along with first-hand expertise in embedded system hardware and software development. He is responsible for the execution of projects in the fields of electronics, embedded systems, PLC systems, and weapon systems.
The Non-Executive Director of the Company holds a degree in Account and Commercial Management. With over 25 years of experience in Naval Projects and expertise in Ship contracts, he is responsible for executing projects in the marine sector. Additionally, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge, he actively contributes as a core member in making strategic decisions and developing business strategies for the expansion of the Company.

With over 27 years of experience in Project Management and specialized expertise in Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, particularly in the field of Defense. He has expertise in import-export business operations.
